Welcome! This is a project I would like to complete in 2004. If you are a parent, physician or nurse who would like to help, please write.
Why? If you have ever waited for the doctor's office to open before you could get a copy of your child's record, you don't need to ask. If you have waited 10 years for your state owned and operated immunization registry to learn about the Internet or to make it easy for your family to move perhaps a few miles on I-75 from Toledo, Ohio to Monroe, Michigan; again, you don't need to ask.
